Sigrid Dyekjær has produced more than 30 documentary films including the Oscar nominated documentary The Cave (2020) by Feras Fayyad for which she won an Emmy for best producer and a Peabody Award. She’s won numerous awards including Best Producer at Cinema Eye (2020). Other notable titles include The Territory by Alex Pritz, which was picked up National Geographic and won 2 awards at Sundance 2022. The film has beem selected for over 60 festivals and have won more than 40 awards. Other notable titles are The Kingmaker (2020), Scandinavian Star (2020) and Aquarela (2018) by Victor Kossakovsky and Safari by Ulrich Seidl.
Neumann Strategy & Communcation focuses on strategic consulting, communication management, agenda setting, public affairs and media awareness. As a PR and marketing specialist he primarily concentrates on cinema- or festival release – both feature and documentary films.
Christina Isabel Emdrup has a background in fiction production, having managed the post process in various films and tv-series during the last 20 years.
Harry Vaughn is a producer at Real Lava. His credits include Talal Derki and Heba Khaled’s Under the Sky of Damascus (Berlinale, 2023), Olivier Sarbil’s Viktor (TIFF 2024) , Connie Field’s Democracy Noir (CPH:DOX 2024) and Agnieszka Zwiefka’s Silent Trees (Hot Docs, 2024). He is the grant programmer for Jewish Story Partners (“A Still Small Voice”, “Last Flight Home”) and previously headed acquisitions at the renowned international sales agency Cinephil (“A House Made of Splinters”, “Flee”). From 2014 to 2021, he was documentary programmer for the Sundance Film Festival and later its Senior Programmer, selecting projects for US and World Competition, as well as Premieres and Spotlight, in both feature documentary and fiction categories. He programmed for Outfest Los Angeles and Frameline: San Francisco’s LGBTQ film festival and has advised on juries and labs around the world, including Dok Incubator, Sarajevo Film Festival, Hot Docs Forum, Doc Society, Nordisk Panorama and the El Gouna platform in Egypt. He is also on the selection committee for the IDA Awards and Cinema Eye Honors.

Julie Krarup Møller has a degree in Danish and media science from Aarhus University. Since graduating she has freelanced in the Danish fiction film and television industry mainly in the props department. At Real Lava she has worked as a producer assistant on various documentaries, as well as post production coordinator on newer documentaries such as Connie Field’s Democracy Noir.
